By creating an account at 888 Win, you enter into a legally binding agreement with the platform operator. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific promotion terms published at the time of each offer, constitute the entire agreement between you and 888 Win.

These Terms are written in English and are governed by the operational standards applicable to the jurisdiction from which 888 Win operates. Where any provision of these Terms conflicts with the specific terms of a promotion, the promotion-specific terms apply to that promotion only; these general Terms otherwise remain in full force.

888 Win reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Where changes are material, 888 Win will notify registered players via email or platform notification at least seven days before the changes take effect.

To register at 888 Win, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Provide accurate, complete and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid mobile number and any additional details requested.
• Not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited under applicable law.
• Not have been previously excluded from 888 Win or any other platform under a self-exclusion arrangement that remains active.
• Register only one account. Operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or in combination with other identities — is strictly prohibited.

888 Win reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including but not limited to: a copy of your national identity card (CNIC), mobile wallet verification, or other documentation confirming your identity, age and payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals until verification is complete.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 888 Win account credentials, including your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. 888 Win will never ask you to share your password with any staff member.

You must notify 888 Win support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account or if you believe your credentials have been compromised. 888 Win is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you failed to take reasonable steps to secure your credentials or failed to report a suspected compromise promptly.

Sharing your account with any other person, or allowing any other person to access the platform through your account, is prohibited. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised it.

888 Win accepts deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to another person — are not accepted and will result in the funds being returned and your account being reviewed.

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though higher-value deposits may be subject to enhanced verification procedures. All deposits are credited to your PKR balance instantly following confirmation from the payment provider.

888 Win does not charge fees on standard deposits. Processing fees imposed by payment providers are beyond our control; players using certain payment methods should check whether their provider charges a transfer fee independently.

All transactions on the 888 Win platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion takes place within the platform. The PKR amount you deposit is the PKR amount credited to your balance.

The minimum withdrawal amount at 888 Win is Rs 1,000. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name and, where applicable, the same method used for your most recent deposit.

Standard withdrawal processing timelines are as follows:

• Easypaisa and JazzCash: typically 5–15 minutes following approval.
• NayaPay and SadaPay: typically 15–30 minutes following approval.
• IBFT bank transfer: 1–2 business days following approval.
• Visa/Mastercard: 2–5 business days following approval, subject to card issuer processing.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Where verification has not been completed, or where the account has an active bonus with outstanding wagering requirements, withdrawals will be held pending until the relevant condition is resolved. The outstanding wagering balance on any active bonus is displayed clearly in your account dashboard.

888 Win reserves the right to conduct additional due diligence reviews on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds. Players will be notified if such a review is initiated and given reasonable opportunity to provide requested documentation.

General bonus conditions applicable to all 888 Win promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Wagering requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering. Slots typically contribute 100%; table games and live casino games may contribute a lower percentage or not at all. Contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not used or for which wagering is not completed within the stated validity period will expire and be forfeited automatically.
• One bonus at a time: You may not hold multiple active bonuses simultaneously unless a specific promotion explicitly permits this.
• Abuse: Any behaviour judged by 888 Win to constitute bonus abuse — including but not limited to wagering on outcomes with near-certain probability to satisfy requirements, coordinated play between accounts, or systematic low-risk betting to clear wagering — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

888 Win reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time, provided that any modification does not unfairly affect claims already made in good faith under the original terms.

All games available at 888 Win — including slots, live dealer games, crash games, poker, fishing games and betting markets — are subject to their own specific rules, which are accessible within each game. Players are encouraged to read these rules before placing bets.

Random number generator (RNG) games at 888 Win use software certified by independent third-party auditing bodies. Bets placed on voided events — including postponed matches that do not replay within the validity window, cancelled tournaments or administrative voids — will have stakes returned to your balance in full. In-play bets that are placed after the relevant event outcome has occurred (due to data feed delay) will be voided regardless of the stated odds at the time of placement.

Odds at 888 Win are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds shown at the moment of confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet. 888 Win reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors; bets placed at clearly incorrect odds will be voided and stakes returned.

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to betting markets and vary by event, market type and account status. The bet slip will display the applicable stake limits for each selection before confirmation.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 888 Win platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of balances and winnings, and permanent exclusion from the platform:

• Registering or operating more than one account per person.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Depositing funds from a payment method not registered in your own name.
• Exploiting software errors, vulnerabilities or technical faults to gain an unfair advantage. Any gains made through exploitation of a software error will be voided.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other non-human interaction with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in poker or live dealer games.

• Engaging in behaviour that is abusive, threatening or harassing toward 888 Win staff or other players.

888 Win reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• There is reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms.
• Verification documentation requested has not been provided within the specified timeframe.
• Regulatory, legal or compliance obligations require it.
• A player requests self-exclusion or account closure.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any withdrawal requests will be placed on hold for the duration of the investigation. Where an account is found to have breached these Terms following investigation, 888 Win may void bets, cancel bonuses and withhold balances in whole or in part as appropriate to the nature of the breach.

Players may request account closure at any time by contacting 888 Win support. Where a player requests closure for responsible gaming reasons, the account will be treated as a self-exclusion and additional safeguards will be applied.

888 Win provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from your account settings at any time:

888 Win reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they affect players' rights or obligations in a significant way — registered players will be notified by email or in-platform notification at least seven days before the changes take effect.

The version of the Terms in effect at the time of any dispute is the version that applies to that dispute.
